Meeting packages

Would you like something different for your meeting day? Our ready-made meeting packages are suitable for groups of 10-50 people. Meeting packages can be booked during Kalevan Navetta’s opening hours from Tuesday to Saturday. We also offer customized solutions for individual needs. All prices are subject to VAT.

  • Meeting room at your disposal for 8 hours
  • Audiovisual equipment
  • Morning coffee (incl. coffee/tea and savory snacks)
  • Lunch at Äärellä. Fresh salads, homemade bread and spreads, main course (meat, fish, and vegetarian options), warm side dishes from the buffet, and water and coffee/tea to drink
  • Afternoon coffee (includes coffee/tea and Kalevan Navetta pastry)
  • Tickets to Kunsthalle Seinäjoki exhibitions
  • Prices start at €31/person + room rental €290 for Kammio or Itikka, €790 for Hugo Hall.
  • Minimum charge for 10 people
