For Event Organizers

You are warmly welcome to organize your event at the Kalevan Navetta art and culture center! We have compiled useful information for event organizers on this page.

Responsibilities of the event organizer

  • Please read the terms and conditions for booking and using the facilities carefully and contact us if necessary.
  • The event organizer is responsible for the production, marketing, ticket sales and inspection, security (including crowd control), and any required permits. We are happy to help with planning!
  • The organizer is responsible for the facilities, equipment, and furniture they have reserved during the reservation period.

Event marketing and visibility

Event organizers are responsible for marketing and promoting their events. Event organizers are also encouraged to publish event information in the following places:

  • South Ostrobothnia event calendar: Add your event to the calendar with the location Kalevan Navetta Arts and Culture Center, and it will also appear in the event calendar on the Kalevan Navetta website. Open the South Ostrobothnia event calendar.
  • Notice boards: Bring a poster for your event at Kalevan Navetta to the notice board in the building’s entrance hall.
  • Seasonal brochures and social media: Send your event marketing texts and images by email to jonna.katajamaki@seinajoki.fi so that we can use them in our seasonal brochures and social media channels. Please note that as the event organizer, you are responsible for the rights to use the images. We reserve the right to select the events to be featured in our brochures and social media channels.

Kalevan Navetta’s visual identity

Kalevan Navetta’s visual identity is used in Kalevan Navetta’s general marketing, events organized by the venue’s operators, and in separately agreed joint events. Other event organizers use their own visual identity in their marketing.

Ticket sales

Event organizers are responsible for the sales both in advance and at the event venue. Kalevan Navetta does not have its own ticket sales office. The event organizer may locate a ticket sales point at the main entrance or at the door of the event venue before the event.
